About me!

This is RuptaCor! I'm an artist originally from Kentucky who's been self taught since she was around 12 years old. I had always really like Latin, Greek and unique names. I won't lie having old friends with a similar taste in such helped, and around 2020, the name "Ruptured Heart" in Latin stuck with me. I was struggling with depression and really finding myself, but my art was helping despite always putting it down. I wanted to be an artist who drew how I felt yet inspired (mostly myself), quite like DestinyBlue's art felt on me, yet still stay true to my animal roots. I still feel I'm not there where I want to be, but I have goals, and I have hope. I've beat art block quite a few times, and while I've struggled to really put myself back out into art, I never quit.

Some old information:

This site was really developed in 2019, but I launched it in 2020. I always wanted a site, whether I will use it or not, as I am pretty much active on DeviantArt now, so I will be keeping this for memory or spice!

Formerly known as Sarrynn Arts, I've went by many names, but as I grow, I am trying to become more professional for my "audience" and myself. Sarrynn Arts was my signature, but as of November 23, 2020, Volatus became the signature for the Sarrynn Arts shop, to add spice. . Volatus was also a character, but it was a name before an attempt of a character. July 26, 2021 marks the day Volatus became my official calling.
